 Katie Johnson is a Certified Exit Planner (CEPA) and Professional EOS® Implementer with 20 years of commercial banking experience, where she advised more than 150 companies throughout her career. She specializes in leadership alignment and value acceleration, helping business owners build companies that run without them and prepare for successful, strategic exits.

 Darin Williamson is an Exit Strategist and Professional EOS® Implementer who brings more than 20 years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience. Having started and sold three businesses, Darin understands firsthand what it takes to grow, scale, and successfully exit a company. His systematic approach to growth strategy and operational excellence helps business owners increase their value and confidently navigate their next phase.
